How to replace

The process for replacing the wire assembly involves disassembling the chin guard, installing the new wire assembly, and reassembling the parts. A video guide is available on the official Studds Accessories Ltd. Facebook page.

Instructions:

Remove the chin pad: Open the four screws on the chin pad to release it from the helmet.

Access the wire assembly: Flip the chin pad to reveal the buttons of the wire assembly.

Replace the wire: Gently push the old wire assembly buttons outward and pull out the old wire. Replace it with the new wire assembly.

Reassemble: Place the new wire assembly and buttons in the chin guard slot, screw the chin pad back on, and ensure the helmet's flip-up mechanism works correctly.
